Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team at our office in Midrand, Gauteng.

Location: Midrand Gauteng

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls, emails and online chats
  • Take ownership of solving problems customers communicate to us
  • Advise and answer customer questions related to our products and services
  • Ensure customer requests for products and services are speedily submitted to the sales team
  • Ensure constant communication with customers occur after orders are processed, until such time as customers have received and are satisfied with the products ordered
  • Pass on requests for product returns onto our Returns Department customers

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Matric
  • A strong understanding of computer and networking hardware, their components, and related accessories
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Considered to have advanced computer literacy skills
  • At least a 20MB (up and down) Fibre line at home
