We will match the price of any new, in-stock product that is identical to ours sold online, same brand, model (SKU), and specifications.
Price Match Terms & Conditions:
- We will match prices from any South African-based website, excluding one-off offer discount codes or deals not available to the general public.
- Both FirstShop and the competitor must have the product in stock and available for immediate delivery.
- We do not match trade pricing, third-party marketplace sellers, or exclusive discounts limited to select groups.
- We will consider all applicable additional fees (e.g., delivery, payment or finance charges, installation, warranty costs) when calculating and determining the eligibility of the price match.
- We are unable to offer price matching after a purchase has been made.
- Specific exclusions include, clearance, refurbished, or open-box items, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or similar special promotion events.
- Please note, any price discrepancies where fraudulent or unauthorized reseller activity is suspected will be excluded.
- Our Price Match Guarantee applies to one identical item, per customer, at the time of purchase, excluding VAT.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Price Match Guarantee at any time.
