• Answer incoming customer phone calls, emails and online chats
• Build and kindle relationships with new and existing customers
• Advise and answer customer questions related to our products and services
• Ensure customer requests for products and services are speedily submitted in the form of quotations
• Ensure accepted quotations from customers are converted into a sales orders and processed
• Ensure constant communication with customers occur after orders are processed, until such time as customers have received and are satisfied with the products ordered
