1. By entering the Competition and complying with the entry requirements set out below, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as hereby agreed to between you and FirstShop.
2. The Competition period starts on Friday, 05 July 2024 and ends before kick-off of the respective match.
3. These terms and conditions are applicable to all Springbok test matches in 2024.
4. This Competition is open to anyone domiciled in South Africa that is over the age of 18, except the employees of FirstShop, their affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate families.
5. There is 1 (one) prize, with 1 (one) winner of the Competition and will receive the following prize:
   1 (one) x Nike Springbok Home 2024 Stadium Jersey
6. To enter the Prize Draw, the entrant must predict the correct final score (including the score for both teams) of the specific Springbok Rugby test match as made available on the website
7. Only 1 (one) entry per person, with a valid email address is allowed. In the event of multiple entries from the same individual, only the first entry will be considered valid.
8. The winner will be entrants whose entries are drawn by random computer process from all the valid entries received by kick-off. The decision by FirstShop of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Entries must be submitted through the official entry form on the website. Any entries submitted via other means, including email or social media, will not be accepted.
10. FirstShop accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or received due to any technical faults or for any reason beyond its control.
11. The winner will be selected based on the correct prediction to the actual final score of the specified rugby test match. In the event of multiple correct predictions, a random draw will determine the winner.
12. Prizes awarded are not transferable, exchangeable, or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash, in part or as a whole.
13. The winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the prize description.
14. The winners will be announced on the website within 72 hours of the match finishing. FirstShop will also send confirmation to the winner that they have won via email, using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If the winner is uncontactable, or the winner declines the prize, he or she will be disqualified, and FirstShop shall be entitled to select another winner. FirstShop will fulfil the shipment of the prize to an address within South Africa and will contact the winners to arrange an appropriate day and time for the delivery of the prize.
15. By participating in this competition, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. The winners will be required to present their identification document when claiming the prize.
17. FirstShop reserves the right to make media announcements and/or publications of the winners of the Competition.
18. FirstShop reserves the right to vary, amend, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Competition and/or any of the prizes, or any aspect or part thereof, for any reason whatsoever and without notice. In such an event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against FirstShop or any other companies associated with the Competition, and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against FirstShop or any other company or individual associated with the Competition.
19. Any personal information obtained from you will be used for the purpose of conducting the Competition and further communication with your consent (including publications and media announcements associated therewith). Your full consent is granted in this respect, including your approval of the transfer of such information to any third party as may be required to carry out the Competition (including publications and media announcements associated therewith). FirstShop privacy policy will apply.
20. By submitting your score you agree to be among the first to receive exciting updates, special offers, exclusive promotions, and informative content related to FirstShop and our products/services. Our email communications are designed to keep you informed about the latest trends, industry news, and personalised offerings that align with your interests and preferences.
21. Your privacy and security are of utmost importance to us. Rest assured that we will treat your personal information with the utmost care and adhere to all applicable data protection laws. We will never share or sell your data to any third parties without your explicit consent.
22. If you decide that you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us in the future, you will always have the option to unsubscribe by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails.
